All sessions are run on a 1-1 basis with your own private, fully qualified, swimming coach. Sessions are subject to bookings. If you are new here, get a consultation booked totally free of charge. Meet your coach in the reception area of the facility a few mins before the start of your sessions and they will be with you asap!

Free consultations

select session booking > Free 30 min consultation. Your consultation consists of a briefing prior to entering the swimming pool, followed by a short swim assessment. Our consultations are carried out at King Alfred leisure centre in Brighton.

Full session booking

 Session Booking > 30 min/60min sessions. You can also purchase a Blok of sessions in the store to use as credits. Credits can be redeemed for sessions! Check out our packages in the store.
